Please advise on the legality of shooting crows and jackdaws in the yard.

I have never messed with pneumatics. But this year the yard is a madhouse with the screams of jackdaws and crows. In the morning you wake up at 4 o'clock from screams. So the idea came up to take pneuma from a friend and reduce their number.
Naturally, with caution - shooting only along a safe trajectory. Well, I’m afraid I’ll go crazy from lack of sleep, but there are 4 gun barrels in the closet...
Tell me how best to do this and not get into administrative trouble...

It seems that you don’t need to go here, but if

then you know what is not allowed in a populated area. dgek8

In a populated area you can’t use a firearm, and pneumatic guns... especially weak ones, is there any difference? I'm not going from 12th grade.

Shooting with pneumatics is prohibited in the city! It’s an administrative sanction with confiscation, so from the back of the room, through a half-open window (just don’t shoot through the sash), it’s better from the PCP with a moderator…..

I’m not a lawyer, but I would like a link to the paragraph that is prohibited; in my opinion, weak pneumatics are not weapons, as they are sold completely freely. This means (Perhaps?) - shooting from it is not shooting from a WEAPON.

The ZOO and the Code of Administrative Offenses say that it is forbidden to shoot with pneuma within the city limits, the punishment is admin, if you don’t hit a person or car, if you hit - then they can also be punished for causing TP or for causing damage. But essentially, you can and should shoot, especially in the morning, observing safety regulations. It is better to collect the carcasses later, as this is evidence. Crows and jackdaws are smart birds, shoot a couple or three and they will fly away. ZZton

So I’m trying to find out. And the fact that the police say that it’s impossible is that there is no level of education there, according to them, everything is impossible, and then the prosecutor’s office says: Where did these sheep get this from...? What the... did they write in the protocol...?
Where then can you legally shoot with pneumatics? In the same place, where from the smooth one? This is incomparable!

You can shoot, but it is illegal and not to get caught. But it is legal only at the shooting range and when hunting hazel grouse if you have a licensed hunting pneuma. dgek8
