Wow, I wanted to advise the same thing Or change the car without reinventing the wheel. Ronoy 406 is not so gluttonous for such volume and weight. Install an LPG, but if your hands are itching and you have nowhere to put money, you can at least use a tractor engine.

The plant produced individual Volgas with a Toyota Land Cruiser Prada 6x 206 horsepower engine with an automatic transmission (although a 10mm thick steel sheet had to be placed in the trunk to prevent slipping when starting off, a driver I knew worked on one).
