When do you need a crossbow in PUBG?
An ideal game in solo and better on a forest map because there is somewhere to hide and they won’t always see you. Ideally, it is better to shoot at a stationary target up to 25 meters. Always aim for the head to immediately kill the zombie! If we play in a duo, then there will be more noise, the zombies will bite you, it’s better to give your friend a jammer, and if your partner also likes to shoot with a crossbow, then it’s good to work with him at the same time. (although I haven't met anyone as crazy as me)
Take aim, take a shot, if shooting starts, immediately switch to your main weapon and shoot with all the guns, anyway, the zombies are already running and fight until they kill you!
If you play 3-4, then I advise you to change it at the first opportunity, because when the shooting starts, your teammates will make a lot of noise, a bunch of zombies will come running and you won’t bring much benefit with it, at the distance there will be snipers shooting at you (they won’t think for a long time) to win we take trunks and more
Although I had games where I laid down 1-2 at a time until 50m, when I saw them first and they didn’t understand where the shooting was coming from, when my squad came to help me, I switched to the main weapon. I also want to say that I in no way force you running around with a crossbow all the time, and even more so taking top1 only with it is already masachism =), it may happen that besides the M16 and the crossbow you won’t have anything for the game (since it is more common in the game). So if you find a sniper rifle, feel free to take it! Remember, a crossbow is not for shooting, and for special stealth situations you should not shoot against a firearm. You need a barrel against the trunk!

The Interloper “Scout” pistol crossbow (black) is a product of simple design, developed on the basis of classic recurve crossbows. The most important features of this crossbow are its light weight, which allows you to take it with you on walks, compact dimensions, and also quite decent power, considering its purpose - recreational shooting and learning how to handle a crossbow.
The product is distinguished by the simplicity of the loading process and a convenient cocking mechanism using a special lever. The string tension here is 36 kgf. The arrow flies straight up to almost 25m, but it is better to always aim for the top of the head. After 25m it’s already more difficult to get there.
How should we aim:
At a distance of 50m, the player figure is placed between the center point and the 200m mark. If the target enters the marking, we aim at 2 markings at 50m
At 100m, the player figure is placed between the center point and the 100m mark. If the target enters the marking, we aim at 3 markings at 100m
At a distance of 200m, the player figure is placed between the center point and the 50m mark. If the target enters the markings, we aim at 4 markings at 200m
If you have experience, you can shoot at 300m
If the target enters 2 times less, you need to provide an approximate marking and aim at it at 300m, but this is already very very difficult, but for the experiment you can try
