Advantages and disadvantages

Pistols of the A-100 series are distinguished by a number of advantages:

• High-quality case material (TsAM-4-1 alloy).
• The use of the main feature, patented, allows you to achieve high (145 m/s) muzzle velocity, as well as avoid gas consumption by eliminating gaps at the moment when the barrel hits the valve.
• Finding cheap spare parts is not difficult.

Flaws:

This model is characterized by its “gluttony” in relation to the gas used, as reported by many users, i.e. the power of the shots drops after 30 shots, while the rated gas consumption is 50 shots on one cylinder without a drop in power. Whether this is caused by the manufacturer’s desire to cheat and increase the power of the pistol by taking in more gas for each shot, or whether this is just another common type of defect is not known.

Thus, free sale of this model is allowed without obtaining licenses throughout the country to all persons at least 18 years of age.

It is worth taking a closer look at the rules for wearing and using the Anix A-111. Current legislation directly prohibits the carrying of pneumatic weapons of this type during mass events, any rallies and demonstrations, as well as carrying them in a loaded and equipped state. However, with regard to weapons that use gas rather than gunpowder to push the charge, the legislator does not provide an explanation of what state should be considered loaded/loaded. Thus, it will be left to the discretion of the executive branch (police), each of whom will interpret the law in accordance with their own opinion. But this does not make the mechanism lose its effectiveness - the mobility of the barrel during a shot minimizes gas leakage, and the shot is more powerful than its competitors. In combination with a smooth barrel and round bullets, the speed is within 160 m/s, which allows us to consider the A-112 one of the most powerful short-barreled guns in the world of pneumatics.

The rear sight can be adjusted in two planes. True, this part causes bewilderment for many owners, and they refuse to call the entire piece of hardware “adjustable with one self-tapping screw.” But no matter how it is, it does not interfere with shooting.

Device

The body is cast from zinc-aluminum alloy TsAM-4-1 under pressure, which gives strength and reliability. Anix A-111 is available exclusively in black. The pistol also has plastic parts, namely the magazine and its latch, “cheeks” - linings on the handle. At the same time, the plastic magazine is the main problem with the reliability of this model, since it breaks easily. However, the low cost of additional magazines (about 300 rubles per piece) makes this part easily replaceable.

The sights of this model are adjusted with a single screw in 2 planes, which allows you to zero and achieve greater accuracy compared to models with non-adjustable sights.

Principle of operation

Disassembly

Disassembly is a complex task, requiring care, painstakingness and time, which complicates the maintenance of the pistol. Disassembling the anics a 111 pistol is carried out in the following order:

2. Unscrew the gas cylinder lock;
3. Disassemble the handle by removing 2 screws on the handle plate;

Possible tuning (upgrade)

The manufacturer does not offer any additional accessories or spare parts that differ from the standard ones, which does not imply tuning the A-111 model. However, there are a lot of tips on the Internet to improve the performance of this pistol. If you are familiar with such things as “file”, “drill”, “sandpaper” and “sealant”, then by following the advice, it is quite possible to tune the pistol and improve some of its characteristics. Also on the Internet you can find offers from craftsmen to improve the model for a certain fee.

However, in our opinion, such “improvements” are more detrimental to the appearance of the weapon, and the time and money spent are not worth the potential improvement in performance.

Moreover, in case of an error when performing “peeling”, instead of improving the characteristics, you can get a non-functional piece of metal that can only be thrown (which, with a weight of almost a kilogram, can be more effective than shooting).
