Rifle design

Round bullets weighing 0.35-0.45 g have proven to be the best ammunition. Their low weight allows them to fly at maximum speed, accurately hitting the target.

How to improve an airsoft shotgun?
Tuning or improving the technical characteristics of drives is a favorite pastime of many strikers. After all, this process directly affects the outcome of the battle. The standard barrel diameter of an airsoft shotgun is 6.08 mm. By reducing this value to 6.03 - 6.02 mm, the accuracy of the shot will increase significantly.

The inner surface of the barrel must be perfectly smooth. Otherwise the balls will get stuck. A Teflon-coated barrel on the inside is recommended. It is also necessary to pay attention to the hop-up elastic band - its strength, elasticity and ability to withstand low temperatures.

How does an airsoft shotgun work?
There are three types of these devices: spring, gas and electro-pneumatic. They have different operating principles. Below is a brief description of each type.
Spring type
One of the main parts of the mechanism is a powerful spring. The shooter cocks it using the power of his muscles, then it descends and pushes the piston. A shot occurs. The device is simple, reliable and inexpensive. The stronger the spring, the stronger the shot. However, you cannot cock such a weapon with one hand - you need to put in a lot of effort. And it shoots quietly.
Gas type
Here the bullet is propelled by an expanding gas (usually CO2, but sometimes a propane mixture). Thanks to this, the handguard moves easily. Metal internal parts allow you to simulate the sound of a shot from a real weapon. Sometimes there is even a blowback function. The disadvantage of such devices is sensitivity to cold. It is better to use them up to plus 10 on the street.
Electropneumatic (AEG)
It, like the spring version, has a spring, but it is cocked not by hand force, but by an electric drive. It is powered by a built-in battery. This type of weapon gives a high rate of fire and also has a different combat range. However, he doesn’t like frost either - at sub-zero temperatures the battery quickly drains.
The main reasons for the failure of airsoft rifles

The most common breakdowns of airsoft rifles
Nothing happens when the trigger is pulled for the following reasons:
- battery is low;
- the terminal blocks were disconnected due to shaking;
- The connection between the wires and the motor is broken;
- The contact on the trigger is broken;
If there is a sound of a shot, buzzing, shaking, but the damaging elements do not fly out:
- The balls in the fur are over;
- The balls are not fed into a bellows barrel or hopper;
- The connection between the gearbox and the motor has come loose;
- The balls are stuck in the barrel.
A situation in which a rifle fires unstably or every once in a while is associated with a violation of the supply of striking elements into the barrel. This happens from the use of worn-out bellows, which wedge due to play and are not tightly connected to the hop-up chamber.

AWP NO ZOOM
Quite often, you will encounter shooting without a sight (zoom) AWP. Very profitable shooting from AVP weapons when you simply don’t have time to aim.
The main thing here is your imagination, imagine the sight, and approximately where it is located. Of course, here, know the AVP by heart.
